I don’t know about you, but mornings are a bit hectic at our house. I find that if I can prepare breakfast for myself or my kiddos the night before it makes the next morning so much easier! One of my go-to quick, and HEALTHY breakfast idea is Chia seed pudding! It is delicious and so good for you! Chia seeds pack a huge punch with calcium, magnesium, iron, omega-3 fatty acids, and more. This pudding comes together in 3-5 hours in the fridge, but I typically make it at night and it’s ready for me in the morning! Anywho .. Here is how to make it!

For a single serving:
1/2 C Milk (Oat milk, almond, coconut, you choose!)
4-5 Tbs of Chia seeds
1 squeeze of local honey
Combine Chia Seeds and Milk and refrigerate for 3-5 hours or overnight. After that, mix in all toppings and honey for some sweetness!
I love using a mason jar to make mine with these reusable lids! Also, I love adding strawberries, shredded coconut, and even ground flaxseed. Experimenting with different toppings is fun and my kids like them too! So, you can’t beat a healthy, tasty breakfast that requires zero effort in the morning! Have you tried Chia seed pudding before? If so, what’s your favorite topping combo? Let me know below!
